Co-Founder and Board Chair
Susan Reynolds has over 20 years of experience in digital wellbeing, youth leadership and mindfulness. In 2019 she co-founded LookUp to discover, empower, and mobilize youth leaders who are taking action to raise awareness, inspire, and design a healthier, more inclusive, and responsible digital world. In partnership with the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College, AGL Communications, The Social Dilemma, BlackRock WIN and more.

Diana Angelini
Board Member
Previously, she was a Partner Consultant within BlackRock's Aladdin Wealth Technology team, responsible for driving go-to-market strategies and engagements to help financial institutions unlock technology use through innovative marketing and shared expertise. As a BlackRock brand ambassador, she was head of the WIN Community Connect committee where she connected BlackRock to external companies and organizations to discuss diversity, equity, inclusion, and philanthropic initiatives.

Nancy Hamilton
Board Member
Nancy Hamilton, a seasoned Senior Product Manager, excels in diverse product launches and enhancing new product accessibility, particularly within start-ups. With a background in founding companies and contributing to senior leadership teams, she led the award-winning launch of HMH Into Science while managing the K-12 Science product line at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Hamilton holds an MBA from Northeastern University's D’Amore-McKim School of Business, a Master’s in Education from Simmons University, and a Bachelor’s from Wheaton College in MA.

Board Member
Nelson McMillan, a seasoned leader with 20 years of international consulting experience across NGOs and Fortune 100 firms, boasts credentials from Harvard Business School and Stanford entrepreneurship. A strategist for both private and public sectors, he founded the nonprofit Arts For Essential Workers (afew) in 2020 and advises Scalabl Inc. Nelson champions digital wellbeing, emphasizing ethics, governance, and education for a safe and healthy digital technology integration into society.

Board Member
Michael, a Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist and Associate Professor, excels as a researcher, teacher, and clinician. His expertise spans medical/healthcare, tech, social services, and higher education. In health psychology, he combines mindfulness, hypnosis, and cognitive therapy for issues like high blood pressure, chronic pain, insomnia, and depression. His executive coaching spans diverse sectors, and he passionately fosters Diversity in Tech, founding CodeWalker Academy to mentor women and minorities while advising HealthTech companies.

Laura, a strategic social entrepreneur, brings vast expertise in marketing, public relations, and social media. Formerly from John Hancock, she now advises startups, serves on Non-Profit and Corporate Boards, and launched her own venture in 2020. With over 20 years in B2B and B2C marketing, she excels in advertising across various mediums, branding, digital strategies, market research, PR, and talent development, showcasing collaborative leadership.
