Co-Founder and Board Chair

Susan Reynolds has over 20 years of experience in digital wellbeing, youth leadership and mindfulness. In 2019 she co-founded LookUp to discover, empower, and mobilize youth leaders who are taking action to raise awareness, inspire, and design a healthier, more inclusive, and responsible digital world. In partnership with the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College, AGL Communications, The Social Dilemma, BlackRock WIN and more.

Program Director

Kait is a graduate from Chapman University with a B.A. in Communication Studies. She is also a certified digital wellness educator and runs a personal leadership podcast. Her goal in life is to help people establish and explore healthier and fulfilling relationships both interpersonally and digitally. In her free time Kait cooks and tries out new recipes. She loves all things music and arts.

Marketing Intern

Augusta is a business student at UMass Boston who brings a strong background in retail and customer experience, where she developed skills in relationship building, communication, and creating environments where people feel welcomed and understood. She hopes to continue building a career supporting mission-driven organizations and brands that center belonging, voice, and authentic connection.
