After two rounds of intense competition during the challenge we ran earlier this year, we have finally selected our 2022 LookUp Innovator Cohort. The challenge First, innovators put the proverbial “pen to paper” and submitted a written application. From there, finalists were brought in for the second round of interviews where top candidates led us through a more rigorous discussion of their solutions and stories. This year was the most competitive pool of applicants we have ever had (with less than one-third of applicants receiving a grant!)

This decision was not easy, and we celebrate the hard work of all of our applicants and finalists. Both the finalists and the grant awardees have proven themselves to reside in an echelon that LookUp.Live is eager to support and highlight. Finalists who do not receive a grant are automatically invited to be members of the Leadership Lab.

LUIC Grantees will receive financial support and programmatic support, including a special mentor partnership for six months. These youth-generated solutions and stories exemplify conscientious voices rebutting the digital overwhelm that young people today are rallying against.

We are so proud to congratulate this year’s Grantees for LUIC 2022!

We will continue to highlight these outstanding and unique voices and the progress they are making over the next six months on LinkedIn and Instagram! Stay tuned!

Thank you to our supporting partners The Social Dilemma and BlackRock Gives.
