Model & Strategy.

Descriptor.

A digital community and platform where Gen Z can gather to discover their faith, learn faith-based mental health practices, and interact with educational and community resources to support them in their journey towards blending spiritual and emotional wellness.

Problem.

Numerous outlets have reported Gen Z’s decreasing mental health and wellbeing. In 2020, Dr. Vivek Murthy reported a “youth mental health crisis” due to increasing rates of anxiety and depression. Alongside decreasing mental health rates is a widespread decreasing spirituality. However, SpringTide Research Institute recently published a report on Faith, Mental Health, and Gen Z. They cite decreased feelings of connectedness, social support, and community; as long term effects of decreasing religiosity and poor mental health in Gen Z.

Solution.

Through our digital community and platform, we aim to bring these compatible features into a centralized and easy-to-navigate space. Tapping into your spirituality and learning about faith congruent mental health practices has never been this easy.
